CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES

  1. When the hotel receives your reservation, the total amount will be charged to your card.
     

  2. If you cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 100% off the stay reserved.
     

  3. Any NO Show (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.
